On August 11, 2026, Mitch Magee from “A Perfect Plumber” came to our house to fix a plumbing issue that we had in our downstairs Laundry Room…from the time we first met him, we knew he was going to be “Awesome”…..and he truly was just that “Awesome”….he was so kind, polite and friendly….and definitely knew the plumbing trade….one could tell he was definitely experienced in plumbing jobs, as well as being very knowledgeable and informative….he called us when he was on his way to our house, which was very helpful, as in doing that, we had plenty of time to get all 4 of our dogs behind a gate upstairs….Mitch was on time, which was another great quality he has…he truly cares about his Customers and wants them to be satisfied and pleased with the plumbing job he is doing for them…he was so willing to answer any questions we had…so very helpful he was….he is definitely extremely customer oriented and does high quality work….A Perfect Plumber is a great company with great service and great plumbers….Mitch Magee is an example of that…we had a “Wonderful” experience with “A Perfect Plumber”…from beginning to end…from that very first phone call that we made to schedule an appointment…we hope “A Perfect Plumber” recognizes and rewards employees such as Mitch Magee, for it is employees like him who keep customers like us coming back time after time…and yes, we will definitely be calling “A Perfect Plumber” time after time…..we would also like to say that “A Perfect Plumber” has very reasonable and affordable and fair prices….”A GREAT COMPANY” FOR SURE!!!…THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!!…JOHN AND PAM O’NEIL…

Daniel & Dale from A Perfect Plumber are great. The compressor on our 7 year old central AC wasn’t working, and Daniel installed a hard start kit. Now our AC is up and running great! Daniel is very knowledgeable and discussed options if the compressor fails. I highly recommend A Perfect Plumber.

This is an excellent plumbing company! They quoted an hourly rate, which most plumbers refuse to do, they worked with me on the requirements for my fairly small plumbing issue, their representative, Croix Ferguson, was skilled and interactive, and I just couldn’t be happier!

We had a vexing problem where our hot water would periodically go lukewarm. After ages of the tankless water heater manufacturer blaming a fixture manufacturer (and vice versa), Dale Sacry came out, given his experience with tankless systems. Even though the problem didn’t recur during the visit, he walked me through possible causes, making it easy for me to diagnose when it recurred (a valve was getting clogged, allowing cold water to be drawn back up the recirculation line). He came back out and replaced the valve. The charges were reasonable for the short initial visit and short re-visit to make the replacement – I was paying for his time, expertise, and work, not inflated by arbitrary charges.
