My sump pump went out in the middle of the night. I emailed and called APP and was able to reach someone and they scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning. That morning, they were there as soon as they could pick up a sump pump and took care of everything before the basement completely flooded.

Very Professional and Good Quality work. I am very satisfied with the work they did for me and I will like to use them for future projects.

Chris did a excellent job in installing a backup sump pump for us. His pricing was reasonable and workmanship was excellent. He even had an electrician that he brought along for part of the project that required an electrician and we did not really have to worry much about that aspect of project in trying to find an electrician etc. His pricing for electrician and his own work was upfront and reasonable. He paid attention to small details and made sure that nothing was overlooked, done in haste, or incomplete. He completed the job as scheduled. Recommend his work highly.

These guys are Great! They provided an estimate and it was spot on and very competitive. Over and above the price the quality of the work and their integrity and commitment to finish the job once they started, far out weighed anything else.

Recently, I had the pleasure of having two of your employees working in my home. They were wonderful, so I wanted to let you know how pleased I am! Dave did all the plumbing work, but the company supplying all the parts only sent part of what Dave needed, so he had to make a new plan. Even though it put him behind, he didn’t get upset. He told me exactly what to buy and then finished the job. Kudos!

In the middle of all this, the hot water heater sprung a leak! Dennis arrived and made short work of a messy situation. He had to work in a cramped area and around construction-with no complaints. He had to cut a larger hole in the incomplete drywall to reach the shut off valve. That was just before the cold weather hit. What I didn’t realize was that a fresh air vent pipe had been boxed in with the water pipe (and no insulation between them). Without that larger hole my pipes would have frozen. I’m sure it saved me thousands of dollars in repairs. I am so grateful!

We have already given their name to several people. We thought they did an excellent job. They were there on time, and cleaned everything up beautifully. They answered all of our questions, and gave instructions for follow up on our project.

So grateful for the thorough and clean job Matt did in finding a leak and fixing it at my home. Everything is back in working order.
