We have worked with A Perfect Plumber for a few years now, and we couldn’t be more happy with them. Chris (the owner) recently came out for an estimate to do a combi boiler system. He was thorough, personable, competent, and knowledgeable—happy to explain anything and answer any questions we had. Todd (our boiler specialist) has also been fantastic. He did a great job with our boiler installation—clearly an expert in his field. Like Chris, Todd is also always willing to thoroughly discuss anything about the work he is doing. After having some less than competent people do work in our home in the past, we are very happy to know that we can always rely on this company to deliver excellent quality work and service at a great price.

Todd Slack is one of the rare boiler techs in the area who has a great depth of knowledge across many different boiler systems. I appreciated his eye for detail during a diagnostic visit where he was able to improve my system’s operation in ways that other boiler techs had overlooked or misunderstood.

We woke up to find no heat and no hot water. Perfect Plumber’s dispatcher said, very apologetically, that their first opening was a week away. Then she said, “Hold on a minute,” and they found a way to get Dale to our house the same day. Their motto, “Help is on the way” is no joke. Chris Coleman and his team are simply the best, and we love being long time clients.

Customer service and maintenance are outstanding! The office staff, Wrin and Jaime, are quick and professional. The maintenance crew is quick, professional, friendly, and exolains thoroughly what they are doing. I requested that they look at a minor leak–not an emergency, but they responded right away. While examining the leaky joint, Casey explained how changes on pressure cause a new install appear to go right, but as the pressure changes it turns out that metal joints are not as tight as they initially appear. After the team finished that work, Gerald checked on work completed during a previous work request, just to make sure things were still fine even though I didn’t ask.
