Croix installed a whole house water treatment system, making a clean layout following my general requests. This means the existing copper pipes were not rerouted and the new PEX A lines gave me flexibility in next steps for routing clean unsoftened water vs clean softened water. He worked hard all day and while the total cost was a bit higher than I expected, it was reasonable. We consumers do not always predict total cost because of materials and unforeseen steps. My reverse osmosis system was not scoped out before he arrived and he did not have time to complete that piece, but he made sure I had clean unsoftened water available at a tap for my dog, making me very happy.

Dennis did excellent work repairing the leaking water pipe under my bathroom sink and he saved me lots of money by his wise suggestion for my bathtub faucet and the roughing valve. He got my bathtub faucet working very well. Dennis was very polite and answered all my questions. Whenever I need plumbing work done in future, I plan to call A Perfect Plumber
