I just lost the review I was writing in the middle of writing it! If it went through with all typos, I’m sorry if you got it by mistake, and I am starting over now: Dennis Deitz came this morning on short notice that Erin was able to schedule for me. The problem turned out to be TWO clogged drains, one for my washing machine and the other in my utility closet for my hot water heater. Dennis diagnosed both problems, and will have to reschedule to complete my yearly hot water heater check and maintenance as could not be done until drain clog addressed. Our high rise building works with Lakewood Plumbing for drain snaking, and they were able to come this afternoon. The technician explained the clogs were NOT in my unit, though were backing up into my unit, one ten feet down, and the other 15 feet down. He snaked both and now A Perfect Plumber will come back on November 10 to perform my hot water heater maintenance that could not be done today. Dennis Deitz was very knowledgeable and patient and also checked my kitchen sink faucet. He was wonderful, and ALL on your team at A Perfect Plumber are WONDERFUL! I feel very lucky to have you as my plumbing company. Thank you very, very much for ALL that YOU ALL DO!

Dale was great! He arrived on time, a little early actually, and did the work requested. Of course the issue did not occur when first attempted but he did some basic troubleshooting and provided follow up recommendations based on troubleshooting results. Very personable and relatable. I was on work calls so asked just to text requests and that worked out perfectly. Cost was reasonable, did not feel taken advantage of or like it was some random money grab like I did with a few other companies that had previously come out to look at the issue. Highly recommended!

Great job! Checked our water pressure as a possible root cause of the problem, replaced the part in the toilet and also pointed out our failing 30 yr old pressure valve. Was able to replace it. Even though it was an unforseen repair, it saved us having to do an emergency repair later down the line. Professional, explained everything to us,and made sure we understood what was happening before doing anything. Great job, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Susan, who I initially spoke with to inquire about scheduling and cost was very pleasant, helpful and efficient! Communication throughout the entire process was excellent! Michael, the plumber that performed the work, was fantastic in every way! He explained in detail the procedure, what he might run into if it would take extra time, therefore potentially increase the cost. He was so polite, friendly and very thorough and efficient in his work! We really appreciated how he explained what he would be doing and was happy to answer any questions we had. We are so thankful to have discovered A Perfect Plumber and will have you on speed dial for all of our further plumbing needs!
